When you buy a report: your email address, company name and website, and payment data processed by Stripe. Legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
When we send you a sample measurement: your business contact details (name, company, business email address) taken from publicly available sources, and the measurement results for your company. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in direct marketing to businesses, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time with a short reply, and we will delete your data.
When you visit this website: server log data (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation, and, only with your consent, cookies for measurement and advertising.
We use Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and the AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity for the measurements themselves. The measurement queries contain your company name and industry, not personal data beyond that. Where providers are located outside the EU, transfers are based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
We only set measurement or advertising cookies after you consent in the banner. Without consent, only technically necessary storage is used. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
Contract and billing data are kept for the statutory retention periods. Contact data from sample measurements are deleted on objection, and otherwise when they are no longer needed.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Write to contact@my-ai-radar.com and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
